Reserve Your Date
If we decide we're the perfect fit, I'll send over a customized proposal for you to look over including a contract and 25% nonrefundable retainer. Once these formalities are over, the fun BEGINS!
STEP ONE
Engagement Session
The engagment session is one of my FAVORITE parts of the process. We'll get to know each other, take some fabulous pictures, and you'll get some practice in front of the camera. This ensures that on your wedding day, you'll feel like a pro and we can get the best bride and groom portraits and still have plenty of time for you to celebrate with your guests!
STEP TWO
Planning
One of our core values is ensuring you have a stress free and fun wedding day. This starts with the planning process. I'll be here with all of the resources you may need: sample timelines, family formal logistics, coordinating details, all about a first look, and more. Two months before the big day, you'll get a questionnaire and we can finalize the details. This way my team can ensure we capture everything with efficiency and perfection!
STEP THREE
Your Wedding Day
The hard work is done, and all you really have to do is relax and celebrate! Your dream team of vendors are going to make sure everything is taken care of! Pour the bubbly!
P.S. I'm ridiculously impatient, so I get it. You'll get a sneak peek gallery with ~10 images within 24 hours from saying "I Do"
STEP FOUR
Online Gallery
4-6 Weeks after your wedding day, you'll get the link to your full gallery. Here's what you need to know about your online gallery:
• You'll get about 60-70 images/ hour
• You have unlimited downloads and can share the download link with friends and family too!
• The gallery has a built in professional print shop. Your print products ship right to your door.
• Your gallery stays online for three years!
STEP FIVE
Album Design
This is for the couples who want an album! About two weeks after your gallery is finished, you'll get a login link to preview your album spreads. You can make up to two rounds of revisions to make sure it's PERFECT and includes all of your favorite photos from the day. The last step is customizing your album by selecting your cover material and any custom engraving. There are more details on the album below!
STEP Six
Photography was one of the things we cared about about the most when looking at wedding vendors. Meghan came highly recommended to us from others we spoke to, and she exceeded expectations on every aspect. Firstly, she's lovely and incredibly talented, truly genuine. Secondly, she allowed us to describe our vision and supported us with her own ideas when we didn't know how to answer. Meghan was the most professional, efficient, and impactful photographer I have ever worked with. As an artist, I was VERY particular about the editing and quality of work we would be getting for our wedding and Meghan was perfect. I wanted traditional portraits at the outdoor alter, however, she saw the lighting and the wind and decided a different backdrop would be perfect; it made our wedding. The standard album is 10 x 10 in size and has 10 thick, lay-flat spreads. You have the option to engrave the front of the album with your names or wedding date. Size upgrades, mini 6 x 6 replicas, or additional album spreads are available upon request.

We take the backup process VERY seriously. On the wedding day, the MBP team always has backup gear incase of an equipment malfunction. Images are always shot on dual cards. After your wedding, RAW files (equal to film negatives) are backed up for one month after delivery. Your final gallery is backed up online and on a hard drive for three years.

Of course! Let us know if your venue requires a proof of insurance and we can send one over.
ARE YOU INSURED?
I will GLADLY travel worldwide to celebrate with you. Weddings over 60 miles outside of Philadelphia incur a $0.52/mile travel fee. If your wedding especially far away, we can definitely discuss at cost travel fees to cover airfare/ hotel costs.
HOW DOES TRAVEL WORK?
It really depends on your wedding day vision. First looks can be GREAT way to make sure you can spend as much time with your guests since all the portraits will be done before the ceremony. There are some other benefits too, like getting rid of some pre-wedding nerves, getting to spend some quality time with just your bride or groom, and your hair and makeup will be a touch fresher since it's earlier in the day. If you're not wanting to a first look, that's no problem either!! We can create the perfect timeline for both!
